One of the biggest things that people are doing today is creating a subdomain to make a short URL that can be redirected to their Facebook account. It makes it easier to remember something like: Facebook.CidaEnterprises.com – instead of that long URL that Facebook gives you. Whatever your reason this tutorial will walk you through the quick and easy steps on how to create a subdomain if you have cPanel administration on your hosting account.

  1. Login to your cPanel Account
  2. Scroll down to the icon that reads “Subdomain” and click
  3. Type in the word or phrase you would like to represent your subdomain. In this case we used ‘wordpress’ since we will be creating a series of tutorials on how to use WordPress platform for your web design.
  4. Click “Create”
